Before you arrive

Plan for the full mission window. A little lead time gets every guest checked in, geared up, and ready to play.

All guests must arrive 15 minutes early

Use that time for waivers, check-in, gear fitting, and gameplay preparation.

Party room access begins at the scheduled party start time. Early arrivals do not have access before that time.

02 // Gameplay

Party room access continues during gameplay, with your reserved arena time running on schedule.

03 // Celebration

Use the additional 30 minutes afterward for food, cake, desserts, presents, and celebration.

When are private parties available?+

Private parties are available 7 days a week, 10:00 AM–10:00 PM, by advance reservation only.

Do I need an advance reservation?+

Yes. Private parties require an advance reservation. All guests should arrive 15 minutes early for waivers, check-in, gear fitting, and gameplay preparation.

What does facility takeover mean?+

FACILITY TAKEOVER means the entire arena is closed to the public during your gameplay. Silver, VIP Experience, and 20 Pack are facility-takeover packages.

What is the difference between food included and BYOF?+

Food-included packages provide the listed pizzas, drinks, plates, and napkins. Bring-your-own-food packages let you bring your own food and desserts. Package-specific inclusions are listed above.

Can larger groups play?+

Yes. The Silver package can invite additional guests and rotate players. The 20 Pack may bring up to 40 players; groups above 20 rotate through gameplay, and groups up to 40 must reserve a 1.5-hour or 2-hour slot.

What if I want the party at my location?+
